Agra-Lucknow Expressway to Open on Dec 23
LUCKNOW/AGRA: In an official statement from Uttar Pradesh Government, it is said that the 302-km Agra-Lucknow Expressway will be open to the public on December 23.
A decision to this effect was taken at a meeting presided over by Chief Minister Akhilesh Yadav.
The Chief Minister asked officials to ensure police presence to deter commuters from breaching the maximum 100 km per hour speed limit.
Ambulances would be stationed on the expressway, which was built in a record 23 months.
