Triton Solar set to Manufacture Innovative Nanotech Printed Lighting from Indore

Triton Solar is committed to serve Indian alternative energy requirements and hence the company has announced investment plans of its Indian manufacturing facility in Madhya Pradesh, India.

According to the Triton Solar, by August 2016 the new manufacturing facility will start it's production. While informing about the Manufacturing facility, Himanshu B Patel, Founder & CEO of Triton Solar said, "We are working aggressively in order to meet the deadlines and by next year August, our manufacturing facility will be likely to come up with it's production. The company will be making investments of INR 600 Crore through this facility." The manufacturing facility will be located in Pithampur Industrial Area, Indore, Madhya Pradesh.

The product, which is going to come out from the Indian manufacturing facility is coming with a unique capability and offering to the market. Triton's lighting technology shows the world a new way of efficient illumination. These printed lights can be used in a wide variety of products including, but not limited to retail signs, promotional signs, restaurant menus and much more.

The product portfolio from Triton Solar will include solar, lighting, and power all in printed form. The Printed Lighting has a life span of 50,000- 100,000 hours and all products can be used for indoor or outdoor purposes. Being flexible in form, these panels will come with the unique and important capabilities such as water resistance, light weight and are environmentally friendly.

The company is planning to introduce the following range of products.

"Our solar panel products will have five times more output capability and will be far more cost effective as compared to the existing technology. Some other unique features of the printed solar batteries include the capability of being retrofitted onto solar panels. These solar panels can generate up to 408 Watts, which is then stored in the printed battery, and these batteries can store up to 10,500 Watts of energy. Power is stored during the daytime and can be later used during peak hours (after sunset) for electricity usage," says Mr Himanshu B Patel.

Triton Solar Panels utilize nanotechnology to create printable solar panels. Our solar panels have higher efficiency than traditional mono/polycrystalline solar panels. We have solar panel windows that are clear, and functional from both directions letting sunlight to pass through while generating electricity and are also capable of generating electricity in ambient lighting. The Peak power on our Solar Panels have a maximum generating capacity of 524.71W and an average of 403W during the day time. Generally the lifetime of these solar panels have a 1-2% degrading factor per year. After 10 years, it drops down to 90%. After 20 years, it drops down to 80%.
