Techmart India inaugrated by Kalrja Mishra

Kalraj Mishra, Union Minister for Micro, Small & Medium Enterprises inaugurated Techmart India organized by NSIC.  It is an International Technology Fair for micro, small and medium enterprises which coincides with India International Trade Fair. It is NSIC’s premier exhibition where MSMEs from all over India showcase their products and technologies. The event also provides opportunities for creating sustainable business alliances.

 

This year also, NSIC is organizing 22nd edition of the event i.e. ‘Techmart India-2014’ in hall no. 14 at Pragati Maidan, New Delhi from November 14 to 27, 2014. The total area of hall no 14 is 4890 sq. meters.

In ‘Techmart India-2014’, the total number of participants are 586. This figure was  540 in the last year out of which 403 number of participants are taking part through virtual display and remaining 183 has taken physical space in the exhibition hall. These 183 participants represents several sections of entrepreneurs representing the various parts of India. 17 women entrepreneurs are also participating in the event.

The event is basically a Technology Based Exhibition which mainly covers Packing and Packaging Machines and Products, Machines and Machine Tools, Information Technology, Agro and Food Processing Machines and Products, Electrical and Electronics Products, Auto Components and Industrial Products etc.
