PrepInsta, India’s leading placement preparation platform, has announced an impressive placement performance for July 2025, with over 2,100 students successfully securing offers through partnered companies. The month saw the highest package touch ₹18 LPA, while the average package stood at ₹8 LPA, and students averaged two job offers each. More than 200 recruiters, including Google, Microsoft, Amazon, Infosys, Zoho, Bosch, Adobe, Deloitte, Paytm, Flipkart, and Samsung, participated in the hiring drives, selecting from PrepInsta Prime-trained candidates.
Placements have been on a steady rise as companies increasingly seek skilled talent, with PrepInsta projecting a 2x to 3x jump in placement numbers in the coming months as new hiring drives roll out. The platform’s industry-relevant training in high-demand fields such as Generative AI, Machine Learning, Cloud Computing, and Data Science has been instrumental in student success. PrepInsta recently strengthened its offering with the launch of Optimus, an advanced SaaS platform that enables colleges to automate placement processes, learning pathways, assessments, and governance—transforming the campus-to-corporate journey.
"Our vision has always been to bridge the gap between academia and industry by equipping students with the right tools, skills, and opportunities to excel in the modern workforce," said Manish Agarwal, Senior Director at PrepInsta. "The remarkable placement outcomes we are seeing today are a testament to the effectiveness of our industry-aligned training and the dedication of our students. With the launch of Optimus and our rapidly expanding partnerships, we are building a smarter, more accessible, and outcome-driven placement ecosystem that benefits not just students, but also recruiters and educational institutions.”
The company currently collaborates with over 100 educational institutions and, following its acquisition by EdTech leader Adda247 which has fueled a 4x revenue growth, is well-positioned to expand its reach nationwide. PrepInsta aims to partner with more than 250 institutions in the upcoming fiscal year, further equipping India’s youth with future-ready tech skills.
