PM to Address WEF’s Davos Dialogue

This year the Davos Dialogue is expected to discuss and highlight the post-COVID scenario. On such a backdrop, it is expected that PM Modi will highlight India's progress towards a new economic potential of the country and will also highlight India's success story of managing the pandemic.

Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi will address the World Economic Forum’s Davos Dialogue on 28th January, 2021 via video conferencing. More than 400 top industry leaders from across the globe will attend the session, wherein the Prime Minister will be speaking on the Fourth Industrial Revolution - using technology for the good of humanity. Prime Minister will also be interacting with the CEOs during the event. This year the Davos Dialogue is expected to discuss and highlight the post-COVID scenario. On such a backdrop, it is expected that PM Modi will highlight India's progress towards a new economic potential of the country and will also highlight India's success story of managing the pandemic.

The Davos Dialogues agenda marks the launch of the World Economic Forum’s Great Reset Initiative in the post COVID world.

Yesterday, itself, Ministry of Commerce, Government of India have issued a status report on FDI inflow in India during the peak of Pandemic and mentioned that over USD 58 Billion of FDI inflow came to India. This itself is an important milestone which can be discussed by PM Modi at the Davos Dialogue address.
