Reduction of cost and value-addition should be the mantra of all business said Suresh Prabhu, Union Minister of Commerce and Industry and Civil Aviation in Delhi. The Minister was delivering the key-note address at the 58^th National Cost Convention, 2018, organised by the Institute of Cost Accountants of India.

The Minister stated that in this era of competition, business have to be cost effective to succeed and cost accountants can play a key role in ensuring cost consciousness & cost effective models of business. At the same time quality should never be compromised.

The President of Cost and Management Accountants of India, Sanjay Gupta and cost accountants from all over India are attending the 2 days convention being held in New Delhi.
