IIDRC to Host Exclusive Round Table Conference on Arbitration for MSMEs

The Institutional & Industrial Dispute Resolution Centre (IIDRC) is proud to announce its Round Table Conference 2025, to be held on 15th September 2025 at The Suryaa Hotel, New Delhi. This invitation-only high-tea gathering will convene 40 leaders from law, policy, business, and industry to deliberate on the theme: “The Arbitration Advantage: Helping MSMEs Resolve Disputes Efficiently in India.”

The conference will feature Hon’ble Justice Najmi Waziri (Retd.), Former Judge of the Delhi High Court, as the Keynote Speaker. Justice Waziri’s distinguished judicial career has left a profound impact on India’s legal and institutional landscape. His presence at the conference will lend depth and gravitas to the dialogue on strengthening India’s dispute resolution ecosystem.

About the Conferennce 

The program will include a keynote address, an expert panel discussion, and networking over high tea. In line with IIDRC’s vision, the conference aims to:

• Raise awareness on arbitration as a practical tool for MSMEs to resolve disputes faster and at lower cost.
