Zoho Corporation announced today that its fast-growing enterprise customer, Zoomcar, has achieved a 150% increase in conversion rates, which is directly proportionate to the company’s revenue. This increase follows Zoomcar’s adoption of Zoho CRM, a unified platform that brings sales, marketing, and customer service activities together in one unified and intuitive platform.
The company’s increased benefits are four times higher than its investment in Zoho CRM. Among those benefits, 60% are direct, and 40% are indirect (including streamlining various internal processes and minimizing human resources).
Zoomcar has been able to implement Zoho CRM in only a month and a half, and has experienced a smooth onboarding process with zero hurdles. With several workflow rules in place and the company’s dedicated use of various CRM integrations, the turnaround time for lead conversion has been reduced by 30%.
Founded in 2013 and headquartered in Bengaluru, India, Zoomcar employs over 300 people and operates in 50 cities across India, Indonesia, Vietnam, and Egypt. It is the leading marketplace for car sharing in emerging markets, with over 25,000 cars on its technology-driven platform. Until recently, the company was maintaining its sales information on multiple grids.
