The new facility offers a 250-seat workspace, creating room for cross-functional specialised teams in Data Engineering, Cloud, SDLC, and Intelligent Automation to support its growing client base in western India, particularly across the BFSI, travel, and retail sectors. The centre is equipped to accelerate enterprise AI adoption, embedding automation and data intelligence across Xebia’s global delivery ecosystem.

Aligned with its vision to build a future-ready workforce, Xebia continues to invest in young and local talent through its university hiring initiatives. Fresh graduates undergo a structured six-month on-the-job training program followed by full-time placement. The company’s continuous learning and certification programs in AI, Cloud, and Data further underscore its focus on empowering professionals with next-generation skills.
