It caters to all segments of the society, from the unbanked to the under banked to net-savvy and evolved customers. Offering convenience, worry-free and secure mode of payment, M-Pesa is actively used as a wallet for all utilities, food, travel and entertainment. Vodafone also introduced ‘M-Pesa Pay’, a digital payment solution for merchants and retailers to receive cashless payments from customers.
