The expanded leadership team includes Amarish Karnik as Sales Director & Country Manager – Enterprise & Cloud Service Provider; Gaurav Saxena as Director – Channels & Alliances; Nipurn Dholakia as Director – Public Sector & Financial Services, and Sandhya Vinay as Director – Human Resources.

Amarish Karnik – Sales Director & Country Manager – Enterprise & Cloud Service Provider
With over 27 years of experience across sales, alliances, and business development, Amarish will lead the Enterprise and Service Provider businesses for India & SAARC. He will focus on driving growth, scaling partner engagements, and positioning Veeam as the preferred vendor for data resiliency and cyber resilience across virtual, physical, cloud, and SaaS workloads.

Gaurav Saxena – Director – Channels & Alliances
Gaurav brings over two decades of experience in channel development, distribution, and strategic alliances across industries. At Veeam, he will spearhead the company’s channel and alliance strategy, build a collaborative partner ecosystem, and drive the SMB business across India and SAARC.

Nipurn Dholakia – Director – Public Sector & Financial Services
In his new role, Nipurn will lead Veeam’s go-to-market strategy for Public Sector and Financial Services Institutions (FSI) in the region. With 25 years of experience across government and enterprise engagements, Nipurn will focus on building strategic relationships with key stakeholders and aligning Veeam’s offerings with national priorities like Digital India, Viksit Bharat, and Cyber Surakshit Bharat.

Joining Veeam from ABB, Sandhya brings 18 years of HR leadership experience, having led strategic talent initiatives across geographies for Fortune 500 companies. At Veeam, she will lead HR strategy for India and SAARC, focusing on talent development, culture, leadership capability, and organizational agility.
