In a bid to facilitate boost to the Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in the state of Rajasthan, the state government has declared the year as MSME year starting from September 2017-2018. For the initial phase of the year-long focus on the MSME, the government is launching a 15 day drive to look into the concerns of the sector.
Rajasthan Chief Minister Vasundhara Raje announced of the latest development recently during an inaugural event for the MSME industries.
The government announced that in the year long period, it intends to focus on making of an export promotion bureau to look at the concerns of the exporters in the state of Rajasthan.
Further the government will be announcing an export subsidy scheme to provide fresh impetus to the exports.
Also to facilitate ease of doing business, the government is considering a time bound scheme for the units, exempting them temporarily from obtaining pollution clearances, the government informed.
