Vantage Circle Expands Advisory Board With Sunita Rebecca Cherian

Vantage Circle, a Global Employee Recognition & Wellness Platform, announces the appointment of Sunita Rebecca Cherian to its Advisory Board. 

Sunita served Wipro Limited for three decades and most recently as Chief Culture Officer and SVP-Human Resources. With experience in sales, human capital, organizational design, workforce transformation, and DEI, Sunita rose to be recognized among the most well-respected HR and culture leaders. 

Beyond corporate leadership, Sunita has lent her voice and experience to the broader HR ecosystem. She has served on advisory boards of academic and industry organizations, chaired Wipro’s Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Council, and contributed to global forums, including the World Economic Forum’s Global Future Council and the World 50 I&D Impact community. 

Sunita’s extensive experience around employee engagement, recognition, and organizational culture will serve as a strategic anchor for Vantage Circle’s continued evolution. Her expertise will also strengthen Vantage Circle’s ability to innovate its solutions, creating experiences that are meaningful, human-centered, and aligned with the evolving needs of modern workplaces.
