Tata Consultancy Services (TCS), a global leader in IT services, consulting, and business solutions, has opened its flagship TCS Interactive Design Studio in New York City. Located in midtown Manhattan, the multidisciplinary center has been established to help clients create iconic products, services, and experiences that are seamless and unified across digital ecosystems.
The 4,000-square-feet studio, one of the largest in TCS Interactive’s global network, is a key part of TCS’ strategic investment in North America, the company’s largest market with more than 46,000 associates and 32 sales, delivery, and data center locations. Building on TCS’ 50-year presence in the region, the decision to expand in New York City is in step with the city’s commercial resurgence and reinforces its draw as a leading destination for technology, financial services, media, and creative companies. By aligning its growth with this momentum, TCS is demonstrating its commitment to innovation and opportunity.

Designers will use advanced, multimodal AI that processes text, images, audio, and video for more human-like digital experiences and TCS’ digital twin technology to test and create immersive engagements. The space will also show TCS’ innovative work, such as its Future Athlete Project which highlights the potential of digital twins to provide key insights for athletic performance and health monitoring.
