Stanford Seed, an initiative of the Stanford Graduate School of Business, is set to host an exclusive leadership conversation titled “Beyond Founder-Driven Growth: Building a Company That Scales” in Coimbatore on March 13. The event will bring together founders and business leaders to discuss the challenges and opportunities involved in scaling companies beyond founder-led operations. The session will be held from 5:00 PM to 7:30 PM at O by Tamara Coimbatore.

The event will feature insights from K. Ramasamy, Chairman of Roots Group of Companies, who will share real-world lessons from his experience in building and scaling a globally recognized company. The leadership conversation will explore how growth-stage companies can transition from founder-driven execution to institutionalized leadership, enabling sustainable and scalable growth.

The program will also include an overview of the 10-month Stanford Seed Transformation Program presented by Senthil Pandian, Business Transformation Advisor, Stanford Seed. The session will provide participants with insights into how the program helps founders strengthen leadership capabilities, refine strategy, and build scalable systems that support long-term business expansion.

Harish Arnezath, Regional Director, Stanford Seed South Asia, said, “At Stanford Seed, our goal is to support growth-stage entrepreneurs in building resilient and scalable companies. Through initiatives like the Seed Transformation Program, we work closely with founders to strengthen strategy, leadership, and operational excellence, enabling them to unlock the full potential of their businesses.”

During the event, participants will gain practical perspectives on leadership development, strategic thinking, and operational scaling. The discussion will highlight the importance of building strong management structures, fostering innovation, and preparing organizations to grow beyond the direct involvement of their founders.

The session is specifically designed for founders and CEOs of growth-stage companies with annual revenues between $300,000 and $15 million. It aims to create a platform for entrepreneurial leaders to learn from experienced industry practitioners and explore opportunities for structured business transformation.

Attendance to the event is free of charge, though seating is limited and intended for founders and senior leaders looking to scale and grow their businesses. By bringing together experienced entrepreneurs and transformation experts, the session seeks to inspire growth-stage companies in the region to build resilient, scalable organizations capable of competing in global markets.
