Ms Nidhi has been instrumental in reshaping the company’s internal frameworks, implementing transparent KRA systems, and driving employee engagement through progressive HR policies. Joining the leadership ranks is Mr Dipgal Singh Gusain, who steps in as the new Head of Operations. An industry veteran from Dabur, Mr. Gusain brings a legacy of operational finesse and will oversee end-to-end functions across moulding, assembly, production planning, and dispatch, with a sharp focus on innovation and inter-departmental synergy.
