Ramee Group of Hotels, a hospitality major with an expanding global presence, is pleased to announce the appointment of Bhushan Dalvi as the Deputy Manager – Corporate Human Resources.
With more than a decade of human resources experience and a hospitality background, Bhushan possesses extensive knowledge in talent acquisition, employee engagement, payroll, compliance, training, and strategic HR management.
A Master in Human Resource Development Management from Niranjanlal Dalmia Institute of Management & Research, and a Bachelor in Hospitality Studies from Rizvi College of Hotel Management, Bhushan's professional journey includes significant positions at WAH Restaurants, Galaxy Entertainment (Future Group), and most recently, Soho House Mumbai as People Manager.
At Soho House Mumbai, Bhushan led the initiative on employee engagement efforts, retention strategies, succession planning, and career development. His initiatives in promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) and ensuring a positive workplace culture have been highly acknowledged.
Talking about his new position, Bhushan stated:

His first set of priorities includes reinforcing employee engagement programs, optimizing HR systems and policies, and cultivating a high-performing, inclusive work environment.
