The winner will be announced at an awards ceremony on February 20, 2025, at The Ashok Hotel in New Delhi. The Aegis Graham Bell Awards are renowned for honoring breakthroughs in deep-tech, digital transformation, and product innovation across industries.
Ajjay Parge, Founder of Qubit, said, "Innovation and customer-centricity have always been at the core of our solutions. Being recognized by AGBA reaffirms our vision of transforming the real estate industry through cutting-edge technology. Navigo is redefining how properties are showcased and sold by addressing a long-standing market gap. Our platform replaces traditional static renderings with immersive, real-time 3D experiences, allowing buyers to explore exact apartment units and views interactively. The impact has been remarkable—customer engagement has surged from 5 to 45 minutes, and ultra-realistic property visualizations have reduced cancellation rates from 15-20% to under 1%. With Navigo’s transition to the cloud, we now offer seamless updates, enhanced scalability, and continuous optimization based on live market feedback."
In FY 2023-24, Qubit recorded a turnover of ₹15 crores and is projected to reach ₹50 crores in FY 2024-25. Navigo's cloud-based architecture integrates real-time analytics, AI-driven recommendations, and geospatial mapping to deliver hyper-realistic 3D visualizations. This iterative approach, driven by hands-on experience, customer feedback, and evolving market needs, has shaped Navigo into a powerful, innovative solution addressing key challenges in real estate. The company remains committed to enhancing Navigo and exploring new solutions to serve the industry better, with its R&D team relentlessly working on new features, including the upcoming integration of advanced features like AI and heat maps to better understand end customer requirements.
