QMS Medical Allied Services Ltd (QMS MAS) has announced the successful acquisition of a 76% majority stake in Saarathi Healthcare Pvt Ltd, marking a strategic move to strengthen its footprint in the healthcare services and patient management sector.

QMS MAS is a leading healthcare solutions company specialising in Patient Screening Services through innovative Patient Service Programs (PSP) and the supply of diagnostic medical devices. These programs enable access to advanced diagnostic testing across India for conditions such as Osteoporosis, Diabetes Mellitus, Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease (COPD), and Hypertension, supporting early intervention and advancing preventive healthcare.

Saarathi Healthcare, a pioneer in patient and disease management, market access, and phygital healthcare solutions, has over 16 years of expertise in delivering impactful patient outcomes. With 1,000+ projects and 60+ enterprise partnerships, the company’s network of tele and field counsellors has provided critical support in therapeutic areas such as oncology, hepatology, chronic kidney disease, rare diseases, and maternal and child health—driving measurable improvements in patient well-being.

The acquisition aligns with QMS MAS’s strategic growth priorities and will expand its total addressable market in the high-value patient services vertical, positioning the company as an integrated healthcare service provider.

The acquisition of Saarathi marks a strategic leap forward in our vision to build a truly integrated healthcare ecosystem,” said Mahesh Makhija, CMD, QMS Medical Allied Services Ltd. “While QMS MAS has been enabling early detection through advanced patient screening programs, Saarathi’s proven capabilities in disease management complete the continuum of care. Together, we will deliver greater impact across the patient journey—from diagnosis to recovery—while driving sustainable growth and value for our stakeholders.”

Sharing her perspective, Ranjeeta Vinil, Founder & CEO, Saarathi Healthcare Pvt Ltd, said, “Joining forces with QMS MAS opens new horizons for innovation and collaboration. Our combined strengths in patient engagement, screening, and disease management will enable us to deliver greater value to patients, partners, and the healthcare ecosystem.”

The partnership underscores QMS MAS’s commitment to creating a holistic healthcare ecosystem—from early detection to sustained patient support—aimed at improving health outcomes across India.
