PropertyPistol Funding To Expand Dubai and Delhi-NCR Markets

PropertyPistol, a rapidly scaling tech-enabled real estate transaction and distribution platform, has raised ₹25 crore in a Pre-Series B funding round led by prominent equity investor Ashish Kacholia. Existing investors also participated in the current round. This investment reflects strong institutional confidence in PropertyPistol’s differentiated business model, disciplined execution, and long-term leadership potential within the real estate distribution ecosystem.

The capital will catalyse PropertyPistol’s expansion into the Dubai real estate ecosystem, strengthening developer alliances and enabling deeper cross-border investment participation, while simultaneously enhancing market penetration and operational capabilities across the Delhi-NCR region, one of the country’s fastest-moving residential markets. Additionally, the organisation will accelerate the development of its syndication-driven distribution network and advance its technology stack, aimed at bringing sharper transparency, deeper data intelligence, and superior transaction efficiency for customers, developers, and channel partners.
