This collaboration aims to implement an unparalleled roadside assistance program for Omega Seiki's three-wheelers, showcasing a dedication to a seamless and reliable customer experience.
In the inaugural year, ReadyAssist's Roadside Assistance (RSA) program will cover all deployed OSM vehicles. Omega Seiki is making a substantial investment in customer safety and satisfaction. ReadyAssist 's RSA program focuses on prompt assistance during emergencies, this partnership underscores Omega Seiki's commitment to exceptional after-sales support and the overall reliability of their electric three-wheelers.
Moving into the second year, a retail subscription plan will be introduced, granting all existing Omega Seiki vehicles access to ReadyAssist RSA.
Beyond roadside assistance, ReadyAssist will offer support for hub movements through towing services on ad-hoc orders, following a garage-to-garage (G2G) model.

In addition to the partnership with ReadyAssist, Omega Seiki Mobility (OSM) emphasizes service excellence through a robust infrastructure. This includes Company Owned, Company Operated (COCO) Service Centers for direct control and quality adherence. All dealerships feature comprehensive service setups, ensuring efficient support nationwide. Complementing this infrastructure is a proactive on-ground service team of 70 individuals, poised to promptly address customer needs. This multifaceted approach, in conjunction with the collaboration with ReadyAssist, positions OSM as a front-runner in both electric mobility and customer-centric service within the industry.
