Nupur Recyclers Limited, a leading player in the recycling and industrial waste management sector, has identified a strategic 5-acre land parcel in Sampla, Bahadurgarh, Haryana, for its upcoming industrial expansion. The site, located along the highway, offers excellent connectivity and accessibility for heavy vehicle operations and logistics.

The land, currently owned by NRL, is designated for industrial use and falls under the Red Zone (Industrial Zone) as per local land-use regulations, making it ideal for Nupur Recyclers’ operational requirements. It is free from any legal disputes, encumbrances, or ownership conflicts.

“Acquiring this strategically located land strengthens our vision for sustainable industrial growth in Haryana. The site not only provides seamless connectivity and access to essential utilities such as electricity, water supply, and waste disposal facilities but also offers ample space for future expansion. We are also exploring adjacent lands to further bolster our infrastructure capabilities,” said Rajesh Gupta, Managing Director, Nupur Recyclers Limited.

The site is situated approximately 15–16 km from the Kharkhoda Maruti Plant, a key industrial hub, ensuring proximity to major industrial activities while maintaining operational efficiency. As the land is located in a pre-approved NOC zone, the only regulatory clearance required is an environmental license prior to commencing operations.

This acquisition marks a significant step in Nupur Recyclers’ ongoing efforts to expand its industrial footprint in the region while maintaining compliance with all local regulations.
