Nupur Extrusion, a key player in India’s extrusion industry and a subsidiary of Nupur Recyclers, is set to inaugurate its new manufacturing plant in Sampla, Haryana this November. This strategic expansion aligns with the company’s long-term growth plan and will support the increasing demand for its high-quality extrusion products across India.
Located near Delhi-NCR and Maruti Suzuki’s Kharkhoda facility, the new plant benefits from excellent road connectivity and proximity to suppliers, skilled labor, and established logistics networks. With Sampla rapidly emerging as a hub for extrusion and allied industries, the location offers an ideal setting for Nupur Extrusion’s latest venture.’
Developed with an investment of 20-25 million, the facility is designed to manufacture 5,000 to 6,000 tons of extrusion products annually starting from FY 2026–27. The plant also includes provisions for future expansion in line with projected market growth.
“This plant reflects our commitment to growth, quality, and sustainability,” said Mr.Rajesh Gupta, Director, Nupur Extrusion. “It brings new opportunities to the region and strengthens our ability to serve customers more efficiently.”
The new unit is expected to generate significant employment in the region through a mix of direct and indirect jobs in production, logistics, and administration. Nupur Extrusion is also planning to offer skill development programs to train local youth in modern manufacturing practices.
Sustainability remains a key focus, with plans to install solar panels at the facility and manufacture eco-friendly products that support green buildings and solar energy applications.
The plant is a joint initiative under the Nupur Group. Nupur Recyclers, which previously held a 60% stake in Nupur Extrusion, has now increased its equity holding by an additional 10%, taking its total ownership to 70%. This increased investment reflects strong confidence in the long-term potential of the new facility and the company’s growth prospects.
An official inauguration ceremony is scheduled for November 2025, with key partners, government representatives, and local stakeholders expected to attend.
