Madhya Pradesh Government Officials Addressed the Central Executive Committee Meeting of IIA in Prayagraj

282nd Central Executive Committee meeting of the Indian Industries Association (IIA) was organized, today at Hotel Kanha Shyam Civil Lines, Prayagraj under the chairmanship of Shri Ashok Kumar Agrawal, National President IIA. In the meeting, apart from the members of IIA Central Executive Committee from Uttar Pradesh, Delhi and Uttarakhand, entrepreneurs from almost all the districts of Purvanchal were also present. In this meeting, representative of MP Govt. Industrial Development Department Shri Yogi Tiwari, General Manager Rewa, was also present, who explained in detail about the facilities being provided by the Madhya Pradesh government for setting up industries in the state. In his address, Shri Tiwari invited the IIA delegation to visit various industrial areas of Madhya Pradesh and discuss with senior government officials for setting up industries in the state.

National President IIA Shri Ashok Kumar Agrawal in his address said that industrial development plays an important role in the development of any district, region, state and country. Unfortunately, the Purvanchal region of Uttar Pradesh has remained backward for a long time in terms of industrial development, despite being full of all kinds of resources. Although the present Uttar Pradesh government has made many action plans, announced incentives and policies to speed up industrial development in Purvanchal, yet we all need to work together to achieve this objective said Shri Agarwal. In the year 2018, Honorable Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi had announced the establishment of Defense Corridor in Bundelkhand, on which work is in progress. There is a need for the Uttar Pradesh government to start more such large industrial projects for the development of Purvanchal, Shri Agarwal said. National President IIA told the entrepreneurs of Purvanchal who came to the meeting that if they send their difficulties and suggestions to IIA, then we will try to solve them by reaching the senior officers of the state government and the concerned ministers.

This meeting of IIA Central Executive Committee was hosted by Prayagraj Chapter of IIA, in which Chapter Chairman Shri Ashish Kesarwani and Secretary Shri Harshal Aggarwal played key roles. Director United Group Shri Vinkesh Gulati was present as a special guest in the meeting, who was welcomed and honored by IIA. The meeting started with the welcome address of Shri Kesarwani, after which the National Vice President Shri R.K. Chowdhary also expressed his views. The agenda of the meeting of the Central Executive Committee was coordinated jointly by IIA General Secretary Shri Dinesh Goyal and IIA National Treasurer Shri Alok Agrawal.

About 110 entrepreneurs and IIA office bearers participated in the meeting, in which IIA Past President Shri Sunil Vaish, elected member of IIA Central Executive Committee Mrs. Mamta Shukla and Purvanchal industrialists Shri Vishal Mohan, Shri Gaurav Mohan, Shri Sanskar Gupta, Shri Vivek Gupta, Shri Vidup Agrahari, Shri Divyanshu Poddar and Shri Sanjay Ratnani etc were also present.
