Kama Ayurveda, one of India’s leading wellness and natural beauty brands, has partnered with Unicommerce, to streamline its online operations to ensure faster and more efficient deliveries.

Kama Ayurveda will leverage Unicommerce’s flagship platform, Uniware, to manage its orders and warehouses more efficiently. It will also integrate Unicommerce’s logistics tech platform Shipway, to optimise deliveries, reduce transit times, and enhance its overall supply chain efficiency.

Known for its authentic, plant-based ayurvedic skincare, haircare, and wellness products, Kama Ayurveda blends traditional remedies with modern formulations to ensure quality and sustainability.

The partnership will enable Kama Ayurveda to manage orders, inventory, warehouse operations, and shipments from a single platform, helping the brand serve customers more quickly and accurately. By leveraging Uniware’s multi-channel order management system (OMS) and warehouse management system (WMS), Kama Ayurveda will be equipped to efficiently manage thousands of orders from its website. Integrating its three warehouses into a single platform will enable centralised inventory management, faster order processing, and accurate reporting, making daily operations smoother and more streamlined.

Unicommerce’s technology will also give Kama Ayurveda a clear, real-time view of stock across channels, helping it minimise stockouts and prevent overstocking, provide detailed sales insights, simplify accounting, and scale easily during busy seasons.

Further, the Unicommerce platform will provide the agility of handling complex batch management processes, ensuring that expired or unusable products are quickly flagged and removed, maintaining product quality, regulatory compliance, and customer trust.

From a logistics standpoint, Shipway by Unicommerce will allow the brand to automate the selection of the best logistics partner based on its delivery requirements, handle returns efficiently, and ensure a smooth shopping experience for end customers.
