Beehive is a fast-emerging HR Tech leader focused on developing and implementing workforce management solutions. In the market for over 6+ years, the company is focused on providing businesses with Cloud-based or On-premises HRMS software, which lays out several highly effective capabilities to execute HR activities smoothly. Beehive provides complete functionality that addresses all aspects of employee needs and transforms how companies manage and engage their workforce seamlessly into business growth.
The HRMS software focuses on employee wellbeing and wellness, including employee engagement, burnout challenges (stress points), employee happiness index, weekly mood status, and a variety of other first-time HR elements. With over 300,000 users and a presence in 5+ countries and 30 sectors, Beehive serves as a one-stop-shop for all HR needs.
What is your biggest USP that helps Beehive to stand out from its competitors?
Rather than investing in multiple software, a company can find a one-stop solution that combines several systems and processes to manage and optimise daily HR tasks, as well as an organisation's overall HR goals here. In contrast to other existing HR Tech solutions primarily focused on payroll and recruiting, we strongly emphasise employee wellness and productivity. By providing the right data at the right time, our HR analytics improves senior management decision-making. Our data-driven approach, powered by cutting-edge technologies such as AI and ML, enables them to gain insight into employee data, trends, and even moods.
Tell us about your new HRMS technology upgrade and how it will benefit the company and its employees.
We recently upgraded our performance management with OKR & Goal setting modules. The updated version of our software is called 'Nirmana'. It is a Sanskrit word for transformation. We realised that in the post-pandemic era, HRMS needs a facelift to make it user-friendly for end-users (employees) working in the hybrid mode. The main highlight of the new modules is that it establishes a motivating work culture through a continuous 360-degree feedback mechanism and realistic goal setting. The upgrade is touted to boost employee performance by around 30%, enabling organisations to achieve their business goals.
The new performance tool shall act as a growth accelerator platform for the employees. Some key additions in the tool include – Individual Development Plan (IDP) & Holistic Talent profile, which shall deep dive into an employee's growth graph to see the progress and chart out the best career path for him. Parallel, the Goal setting module shall bring clearer KPIs & ROI with a clear roadmap for employees from where to start & clear endpoint.
In terms of HR, what does the future hold for ChatGPT?
It's easy to see why the use of ChatGPT in an HR contest will grow in popularity. ChatGPT, as a chatbot powered by AI intelligence, responds quickly and efficiently to HR-related queries from executives, employees, and job seekers. However, as with any new technology, there are advantages and disadvantages that HR professionals should be aware of when utilising ChatGPT. The benefits include increased efficiency and a better candidate experience, while the drawbacks include a lack of human touch and judgement, as well as data privacy concerns, among many others.
In 2023, what are your plans for the products and services Beehive would be offering?
In 2023, we will focus more on the modules that companies in a hybrid and traditional working environment will require. With the new digitalisation era, we will tailor our solutions towards the end users using the software, allowing HR teams to connect more with employees.
Our goal is to build a seamless interface of employee engagement, continuous feedback, reward and recognition. All of this will be integrated into a single platform where your transactions and strategic modules are linked for better understanding and outputs, resulting in better decision-making.
What are the brand's milestones and the future roadmap?
There are numerous milestones to consider. We started as a cloud-native HR software solution before evolving into an HRMS with core HR Modules. We were also named the most influential tech leader in the Tech sector by Techplus Media Group. ISODA in Doha has also recognised our software solution. In addition, we received the CRN excellence award in the enterprise Application category in 2022, as well as two awards at the Gates ICT event: the Gates Gold award for overall outstanding performance and the Emergent vendor of the year award.
We have focused on product development regularly to enable organisations to function during a pandemic and maintain efficiency afterward. Over time, we have steadily expanded our reach. While focusing on the product, our future roadmap will emphasise employee wellness and employee wellbeing as critical parameters.
