HEAPRO, India’s leading manufacturer of industrial personal protective equipment (PPE), has announced a strategic partnership with Sweden-based Twiceme Technology, a digital safety tech company used widely across global job sites and adventure activities. The collaboration marks the introduction of smart safety helmets embedded with Twiceme’s technology in the Indian market, aimed at enhancing workplace safety and digital compliance across sectors.
The announcement coincides with HEAPRO's induction into the Sweden-India Business Council (SIBC), reinforcing its commitment to driving digital transformation in industrial safety.
Twiceme equipped helmets will feature integrated digital capabilities through the Twiceme Safety Management Portal (SMP), a tool designed to help companies manage PPE inventories, schedule inspections, and maintain verified records of user certifications and fitness documentation required for high-risk tasks such as working at heights or operating heavy machinery.
The digital system will enable real-time tracking of equipment condition, user identity, inspection history, and medical information facilitating faster response during accidents and streamlining regulatory compliance. The regular inspection logs and records, next inspection due date, user’s identity, medical record and location will be tracked very easily in real time from the portal. This will reduce the time to reach any accident site for first aid and rescue.
As per the recent study, The India construction safety equipment market was valued at USD 858.4M in 2024 and is projected to grow to USD 1.513B by 2033, at a CAGR of 6.6% .Globally in the Asia-Pacific region, PPE demand in construction is expected to grow at ~10.4% CAGR from 2025 to 2030, driven by tighter safety enforcement and rising awareness.
