Groyyo, South-Asia’s fastest-growing manufacturing tech and consulting company, announced that it is now profit-after-tax (PAT) positive, marking a significant milestone in its journey toward sustainable profitability. The company projects INR 900 crore in revenue for FY 2025-26 on the back of a strong order book with INR 25 crore in absolute profit-before-tax (PBT). This achievement is a result of Groyyo’s focused business strategy and operational excellence, as a key enabler of global manufacturing and supply chain solutions.
Groyyo connects over 500 MSME factories across India, Bangladesh, and the Middle East with leading global brands like Next, Mango, Inditex (Zara Parent), Ross, and the Bestseller Group and is now exporting 100% of its output to them. Groyyo has now expanded into new supply hubs like Sri Lanka and strengthened Vietnam and Cambodia to counter any impact of tariffs. 50-60% of the business is exports to the UK where the company foresees significant growth on the back of FTA. Groyyo has redefined small-batch, fast-turnaround production—cutting lead times in half and enabling minimum orders as low as 600 pieces without compromising quality.
The company’s growth is propelled by its arms - Groyyo Design Studio and Groyyo Consulting. Groyyo Design Studio curates in-house designs tailored to client requirements, making design-led exports a core competitive advantage. Groyyo has recently launched inbuilt AI enabled features that enables real time design curation and 3D try-ons.
Groyyo Consulting has delivered transformative results to MSMEs across India and Bangladesh where projects have achieved efficiency improvements of 23–25% in apparel factories, driving measurable productivity and operational gains.
Groyyo’s training programs have delivered over 300,000 training hours, equipping trainers and assessors through specialized courses. Women comprise 37% of trainees, underscoring Groyyo's commitment to promote inclusivity and empowerment in the apparel industry.
Commenting on the milestone, Subin Mitra, CEO & Co-founder of Groyyo, said, "Key trade deals like the FTA with the UK - which is our largest market, combined with strengthening of our team and supply chain in Vietnam & Srilanka leaves us quite optimistic to hit our FY 26 milestones.”
Groyyo has been strengthening its leadership team with key hires.
