Overall Profit After Tax remains at negative INR (13.45 Crore), which includes provision for expected credit loss of INR 13.03 Crore as per INDAS provision. The company is positive about recovering the expected credit loss in FY 2025-26. The Company has declared FY 2024–25 as its “Year of Innovation,” driven by significant product launches, defence trials, global partnerships, and training milestones. Despite near-term financial pressures, DroneAcharya continues its steady growth trajectory as a Drone Solution Provider and Drone- Centric Training Organization. Currently, DroneAcharya is India’s leading and pioneering DGCA-certified drone pilot training institute in the private segment. The Company has also made notable strides in securing multiple international drone service projects, forging industrial partnerships with drone manufacturers, investing in drone-centric companies, and pursuing acquisitions of value-adding firms in India and globally.

Audit Report
The Statutory Auditor has issued an unmodified opinion on the audited standalone and consolidated financial results of the Company for the year ended March 31, 2025.
The financial statements have been prepared in accordance with applicable Indian Accounting Standards (IND-AS) and other regulatory requirements, ensuring true and fair reporting of the Company’s performance.
The Auditor’s Report also draws attention to the ongoing SEBI enquiry, for which the Company has provided necessary clarifications. Proceedings remain under examination, and no financial impact has been recognized at present.

Business Highlights – FY 2024–25 Products
- Launched Agriveer, a multi-purpose agricultural drone with advanced pilot training capability.
- Received DGCA Type Certification for Agriveer, reinforcing indigenous drone manufacturing.
- Conducted R&D on next-generation technologies and developed an in-house inspection product based on SLAM technology, scheduled for launch in FY 2025–26.
- Undertaking R&D for the development of an indigenously designed surveillance drone for defense applications, targeted for launch in FY 2025–26.
Defence
● Demonstrated FPV and kamikaze drone solutions in multiple high-altitude trials, including Joshimath (Auli), Him Drone-a-thon (15,400 ft), Lachung (17,800 ft), and Wari La (15,400 ft).
● Showcased tactical FPV drones with payload and non-lethal applications at Vijayawada, Deolali, Mahajan Range, and CME
● Demonstrated drone capabilities with Munitions India Explosives Factory and Force One, Mumbai. Projects
