Gynaecologist, fertility specialist, and wellness educator Dr. Snehal Kohale launched her new book, “When Hope Meets Science and Soul Conceives,” on November 23, 2025, at The Club, Andheri. Published by Truth & Social Publication, the book presents a compelling argument for integrating emotional intelligence, mindset, and subconscious healing into mainstream medicine, marking a significant contribution to the evolving conversation on holistic healthcare.
The event was attended by several medical and wellness professionals, including Dr. Devandra Saksena (Cardiovascular Thoracic Surgeon), Shilpa Singh (Life Coach and NLP Expert), Dr. Anisa Patel Shaikh (Dentist and Branding Coach), Dr. Mazda Turel (Neurosurgeon), Dr. Sweta Adatia (Neurologist, Author, TEDx Speaker, Coach, Entrepreneur, and Spiritual Seeker), Beena Srivastava (Business Coach), Dr. Sangeetha Kumar (Senior Embryologist), Parul Sethi (Life Coach and Educator), Dr. Shwetambari Thakare (Pathologist and Nutritionist), and Dr. Vanita Ghalme (Ayurveda and Yoga Expert).
In her book, Dr. Kohale emphasizes that while modern medicine has made remarkable advancements, it often overlooks the emotional and psychological dimensions of healing. Through real experiences, case studies, and insights from her practice, she explains how beliefs, emotions, and neurological patterns directly influence physical health, recovery, and long-term wellness outcomes.
Speaking about the approach, Dr. Kohale said, “Patients today seek clarity and emotional support along with treatment. Understanding their mindset and emotional state often provides important context to medical outcomes.”
“When Hope Meets Science and Soul Conceives” explores how neuroscience, subconscious conditioning, mind-body connections, and inner resilience shape health outcomes. It encourages healthcare professionals to consider how stress, emotional trauma, belief systems, and everyday lifestyle patterns influence symptoms and responses to treatment, even in highly specialized fields like fertility, oncology, neurology, and chronic care.
The launch event brought together medical experts, wellness practitioners, coaches, and thought leaders who are actively shaping the future of integrated healthcare. The gathering aims to foster discussions on aligning clinical expertise with human-centric care and exploring how mindset-driven healing can elevate patient outcomes across medical specialties.
The book’s central message is clear: healing is most effective when the mind, body, and soul work in harmony. Dr. Kohale’s work is positioned to inspire the medical community to recognise and include the emotional dimension of healing as an essential part of patient care rather than an optional addition.
As healthcare continues to evolve, her book serves as a timely reminder that scientific excellence and emotional awareness must coexist to create healthier, happier, and more resilient individuals.
