Go Digit General Insurance Limited (“Digit Insurance”), India’s leading new-age digital full-stack insurer, announced it has won two awards at the prestigious 29th Asia Insurance Industry Awards (AIIA) 2025 by Asia Insurance Review, held in Singapore. The company was awarded "Digital Insurer of the Year," and its Managing Director & CEO, Jasleen Kohli, was honored with the "Woman Leader of the Year" award, making her the first Indian woman leader to receive this distinguished recognition.

This recent recognition marks Digit Insurance's seventh win at the prestigious AIIA Awards. The company was named General Insurance Company of the Year three times (2024, 2020,2019) and secured the Digital Insurer of the Year title for the third time in five years (2025, 2023, 2021).
Jasleen Kohli, one of the youngest CEOs in the Indian insurance industry, was named Woman Leader of the Year, for her transformative leadership, successfully steering the company to become one of the youngest Indian insurance companies ever to be listed on domestic stock exchanges. Jasleen Kohli and Amrit Arora, Chief Human Resources Officer of Digit Insurance, were present at the award ceremony.
Commenting on the win, Jasleen Kohli, MD & CEO, Digit Insurance, said, “This double recognition at the AIIA 2025 is a profound honor and a powerful validation of our core mission of simplicity. The Asia Insurance Industry Awards (AIIA), instituted by Asia Insurance Review 29 years ago, stands as one of the most prestigious honors in the insurance sector, recognized for its rigorous and transparent judging process. The competition this year drew over 200 nominations across 17 categories from top insurance companies across Asia. The selection process is transparent and involves two meticulous rounds of judging by a panel of 20 prominent Asian insurance industry experts, followed by interviews with the shortlisted candidates. The entire process is conducted under the independent oversight of KPMG to ensure fairness and integrity throughout the process.
