DIGISOL Brings Shailesh Bhayade as VP – Product Management for Structured Cabling Solutions

NEW DELHI: DIGISOL Systems Ltd.- leading provider of Active Networking products, announced the  appointment of Mr. Shailesh Bhayade, as VP - PM & Sales. Mr. Bhayade will be heading DIGISOL brand of business of Structured Cabling Solutions.  He will be operating out of Corporate office in Mumbai and will be responsible for Sales, Product Management and New product development in the SCS products line. He will be reporting to Ms. Arati Naik, Chief Operating Officer.

While commenting on the appointment, Ms. Arati Naik, COO, DIGISOL Systems Ltd. said, “With Shailesh coming on board, we will be scaling up our SCS product business, targeting the Channel, SME and the Enterprise segment. Shailesh brings in significant knowledge and experience in the Structured Cabling business. I am confident that our new cabling business will be a success under his leadership.”

Mr. Bhayade is an industry veteran with more than 24 years. His domain areas include Sales & Marketing Operations, Business Development and Channel Management of Switchgear & Networking Products as well as Wiring Accessories.

His last stint was at D-Link, where he was responsible for Sales, Marketing, Product Enhancements, Vendor Management and Operations for their SCS Division. His has previously worked in 3M Electro & Communication India Pvt. Ltd, Molex India Pvt Ltd, GE C&I- Switchgear and Legrand (I) Pvt Ltd.
