Awfis, India’s largest network of coworking spaces, is pleased to announce its partnership with NSL (Nuziveedu Seeds Pvt Ltd) to set up coworking spaces in strategic locations in Hyderabad and Bangalore. This collaboration aims to cater to the increasing demand for flexible workspaces and provide a conducive environment for the growing entrepreneurial community in these cities.

As a renowned pan-India workspace solutions provider, Awfis has a strong track record of assisting larger family offices and group companies in building their flexible workspace portfolios. Awfis is committed to creating win-win partnerships with space owners that help create better monetization opportunities of their RE portfolio while offering an extensive range of amenities and services to their clients.

The centre at NSL Icon in one of Hyderabad’s most prestigious localities, Banjara Hills, will fittingly be a premium Awfis Gold centre. With a built-up area of around 25,000 square feet, the centre’s contemporary design aims to meet the evolving needs of the entrepreneurial community in Hyderabad. Besides its state-of-the-art infrastructure and collaborative workspace environment; the centre’s easy accessibility and proximity to malls and restaurants, makes it an even more attractive option for the modern workforce.

Furthermore, Awfis is also building its second centre at the Prestige Technology Park in collaboration with NSL. Awfis already has a centre in the same location as part of its alliance with Prestige Group.  Located on Outer Ring Road, this centre has a built-up area of approx. 45,000 square feet, and will further strengthen Awfis’ presence in Bangalore to meet the increasing demand for flexible workspaces in the city.

Mr. M Prabhakar Rao, Chairman & Managing Director of Nuziveedu Seeds Pvt Ltd, expressed his enthusiasm about the partnership, stating, “We are committed to promoting the entrepreneurial spirit and providing the right ecosystem for budding startups, SME’s  and businesses driving India’s growth. Awfis, with its extensive network and prestigious clients, was the ideal partner for us. We believe that this collaboration will create a thriving community and support its growth in both Hyderabad and Bangalore.”

Amit Ramani, Founder & CEO of Awfis, spoke about the partnership, saying, “We are delighted to collaborate with NSL and help build their flex portfolio in Hyderabad and Bangalore. Our successful association with leading real estate developers like Prestige Group in the south, Nucleus and Nyati in the West have laid the foundation for such mutually beneficial alliances. The launch of these centres is in line with our expansion plans to reach 250 centres by FY’24 and both Bengaluru & Hyderabad feature in the top markets for flex space absorption in India”

Aishwarya Mandava, Head Infra, Nuziveedu Seeds Pvt Ltd, echoed the sentiment, saying, “We recognize the rising demand for flexible workspaces and the importance of offering an environment that nurtures innovation and collaboration. Partnering with Awfis allows us to leverage their expertise and reputation in the industry, ensuring that our clients have access to the best resources and amenities.”

Awfis currently has a strong network in both Bangalore and Hyderabad with a presence of 23 and 14 centres respectively; and this partnership with NSL further reinforces its commitment to providing high-quality flexible workspaces to clients in these cities.
