Coforge Limited, a global digital services and solutions provider, has announced the appointment of Manish Hemrajani as Head of Investor Relations. Manish, a seasoned capital markets professional will lead Coforge’s investor relations strategy and deepen engagement with global institutional investors, analysts, and other key stakeholders. Manish will work out of New York and Princeton offices of Coforge.
Being a capital markets professional with over two decades of experience, Manish brings a strong track record across investor relations, equity research, and financial communications. Over the course of his career, he has worked with globally recognized brands across diverse sectors including travel, technology, and financial services such as Yatra Online, Inc., Oppenheimer & Co., Deloitte Consulting, Fujitsu Consulting, and CIBC World Markets. This cross-sector experience equips him with a nuanced understanding of investor expectations and capital market dynamics.
In his new role, Manish will lead Coforge’s global investor relations strategy, driving clear and consistent communication with shareholders and analysts. He will oversee earnings disclosures, investor presentations, and regulatory compliance to strengthen shareholder engagement, strategic planning, and reinforcing governance standards to build long-term investor trust.
