GURGAON: Enterprise Mobility Management (EMM) provider from Canada - SOTI announced an investment of $12 million in the Indian market.
The company will be adding 300 new jobs in India within two years. Apart from EMM, the company also specialized into Bring Your Own Device (BYOD) solutions for enterprise. Majority of the new positions would be in engineering and software development roles.
SOTI has also expanded its operations into a new facility in India. India is as a key market in SOTI’s growth strategy, acting as a hub for APAC operations. The company has witnessed commendable success in manufacturing, retail, hospitality, banking and transport and logistics.
SOTI has 6 global offices, and employees in more than 22 countries, providing 24/7 localized sales and enterprise support. SOTI grew its reseller channel by 200 percent in the last 24 months to over 2,000 partners in 170 countries.
NASSCOM and Deloitte say the global enterprise mobility market size will be $140 billion by 2020 — with Asia Pacific to grow by 21 percent.
As per Gartner’s 2016 Hype Cycle for ICT in India, the adoption of EMM in India will continue to increase exponentially for another 5 to 10 years.
