Avantel Limited, a provider of technology solutions to the defence and communication sectors, announced its audited financial results for the quarter ended 31st December 2025.
During Q3 FY26, Avantel delivered a resilient operating performance marked by sequential improvement in profitability. Revenue from operations stood at Rs 51.25 crore for the quarter, while EBITDA increased to Rs 14.34 crore, up from Rs 12.36 crore in Q2 FY26, reflecting enhanced operating efficiency and disciplined cost management. Profit After Tax (PAT) for the quarter was Rs 4.66 crore. For the nine-month period ended December 2025, the Company reported revenue of Rs 158.21 crore, EBITDA of Rs 39.35 crore, and PAT of Rs 15.55 crore, underscoring sustained business momentum across its core segments.
Commenting on the results, Siddhartha Abburi, Director, Avantel Limited, said, “Q3 FY26 saw continued momentum across our defence and communication solutions business, with EBITDA improving sequentially, reflecting stronger operating discipline. We will continue to invest in indigenous technology development while supporting India’s strategic and national security goals.”
