Beating the most critical threat of anti-incumbency, Arvind Kejriwal led Aam Aadmi Party came out as a clear winner of Delhi Elections 2020. As of 2:00 Pm on the counting day (Tuesday, 11 Feb 2020) Aaap have a clear lead on 58 seats as compared ti the Bhartiya Janta Party's (BJP) lead on 12 Seats.
While the final results are still a few hours away but this is more or less showing a very strong message that the people of Delhi have shown trust on the basis of their experience of the last five years.
It seems that Arvind Kejriwal's model of School education and Delhi's healthcare policies have got a positive response from the voters and issues that have been tried to mobilize have been turned down by the Delhi voters.
Arvind Kejriwal and Mansih Sisodia who led the campaign for Aaap in Delhi elections 2020 have clearly mentioned that if they are going to form the government in the state, it will be an evidence of their work. However, experts have also pointed out that Mr. Kejriwal during last close to two months have deliberately created a distance with the Shaheen Bagh protest but have somewhere raised very marginal voice on Anti CAA. Moreover, his party's campaign remained focused on Delhi's local issues and concerns rather than national-level issues.
