Ardee Industries Limited’s in-house testing facility, ‘Ardee Testing Laboratory’, has been assessed and accredited in accordance with ISO/IEC 17025:2017 – “General Requirements for the Competence of Testing and Calibration Laboratories” by the National Accreditation Board for Testing and Calibration Laboratories (NABL).

The accreditation covers the laboratory’s testing activities at Ardee Industries Limited’s manufacturing facility located at Plot No. 8A & 8B, survey No. 35 (P), 37(P). 38(P), 49(P) & 51(P) of Menakur Village, Naidupet Mandal, SPSR Nellore District, Andhra Pradesh, India.

The accreditation has been granted under Certificate Number TC-17461, issued on January 21, 2026, and is valid until January 20, 2030, subject to continued compliance with NABL requirements and the approved scope of accreditation.

NABL is a signatory to the International Laboratory Accreditation Co-operation Mutual Recognition Arrangement (ILAC MRA). Under this framework, test results and reports issued by laboratories accredited by NABL are internationally accepted by other ILAC MRA signatories, based on peer evaluation and mutual recognition of accreditation systems.

The ILAC MRA framework enhances the acceptance of products across national borders. By removing the need for additional calibration, testing, medical testing and/or inspection of imports and exports, technical barriers to trade are reduced. In this way the ILAC MRA promotes international trade and the free-trade goal of “accredited once, accepted everywhere” can be realized. (Source: https://ilac.org/ilac-mra-and-signatories/)

The accreditation of Ardee Testing Laboratory under ISO/IEC 17025:2017, combined with NABL’s participation in the ILAC MRA, places the laboratory within a globally recognised accreditation system, enabling its test results to be accepted across multiple international markets in line with the scope defined by NABL.

The Ardee Industries Limited manufacturing facility supports the manufacturing and supply of lead and lead alloy ingots and spread across 7.61 acres. The manufacturing facility is equipped with machinery and equipment, including rotary furnaces, refining kettles, ingot casting machines, pollution control equipment, spectrometer, battery breaker machine and among others. As of March 31, 2025, the installed capacity of the facility was 1,04,025 MTPA.
