Amity Global School Marks Strong Medal Tally in ISSO Fencing 2025

Amity Global School, Noida, secures 10 medals at the ISSO Fencing Championship 2025–26, showcasing student excellence in Epee, Foil and Sabre events at the national level.

Students of Amity Global School, Noida, have brought recognition to their school with outstanding performance at the ISSO Fencing Championship 2025–26 that highlighted their skills, commitment, and sportsmanship in a competitive national event. The junior school contenders claimed a total of 10 medals competing among the Epee, Foil, and Sabre events, and are now reported as having a solid presence on the national stage in all three. 

Participants who won first-place awards included Monisha Dangeti, who brought home Gold and Silver medals in the Sabre and Foil Events, respectively. The young athlete demonstrated skill, precision, composure, and agility under pressure. Aryan Srivastava also brought home a Silver medal in Foil and a Bronze medal in Epee, while teammates Devansh Jain and Adhiraj Choudhary also brought medals home for the Sabre event with Bronze medals. Lastly, Fiza Khan in both Foil and Sabre (Bronze), Thabassum Khan (Epee Bronze), and Sahaj Bhatnagar (Foil Bronze) also contributed to the school's medal winnings. 

Miss Anita Paul, Principal, Amity Global School, Noida, stated, "The impressive performance of our students at the ISSO Fencing Championship is an exciting testimony to their tenacity, focus, and determination. At Amity, we know that education goes beyond classrooms; it is character building, resilience, and assurance when taking on different experiences. The fencing team exemplifies collaboration and commitment and inspires their classmates to excel in academic and athletic endeavors as well as in the arts." 

The combined medal winner awards from the fencing team total 1 Gold, 2 Silver, and 7 Bronze medals, which were not only obtained individually, but also reflect the emphasis on discipline, hard work, and teamwork the school prepares for. Indeed, Amity Global School is committed to holistic education balancing academics with physical and mental aptitude, which is measured by the great accomplishments of the fencing team.
