Allcargo Gati Limited, one of India’s premier Express Distribution and Supply Chain Management companies, has announced an average 10.2% General Price Increase (GPI) effective January 1, 2026, for its Express Distribution services. The revision reflects the need to balance rising operational costs while enabling continued investments in infrastructure, technology, and customer service excellence.
Over the years, Allcargo Gati has consistently prioritized service quality through innovation and modernization. The company has introduced handheld printers for faster invoicing, improved Proof of Delivery (POD) accuracy using Machine Learning, and established a centralized Control Tower offering real-time, end-to-end shipment visibility. These measures, alongside digitalization of its Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) platform, have significantly enhanced reliability and transparency for customers.
Commenting on the development, Ketan Kulkarni – Managing Director and CEO Allcargo Gati and GESCPL said “At Allcargo Gati, reliability is the cornerstone of everything we do. Customers count on us to deliver on time, every time, and this price adjustment helps us protect that promise. While costs are rising, our focus is firmly on strengthening our network, investing in technology, and ensuring that businesses across India continue to experience logistics solutions they can truly depend on.”
Adding further perspective, Mayank Dwivedi- National Sales Head, Allcargo Gati Limited, said “Our approach is to balance affordability for customers with the need to sustain high-quality service. The revised pricing will help strengthen our operational backbone be it in expanding our hubs and fleet, building resilient supply chain networks, or driving digital innovation. This ensures we remain a dependable partner to businesses across sectors, even as logistics demands continue to evolve.”
As part of its ongoing network expansion, Allcargo Gati is on track to complete the deployment of its planned metro hubs, further reinforcing its industry-leading turnaround times and service dependability. Investments in fleet expansion and sustainable logistics practices are also being prioritized to align with customer expectations and future-ready operations.
The revision in prices is a strategic step to sustain operational excellence while maintaining Allcargo Gati’s position as one of India’s most trusted express logistics providers. The company remains committed to supporting customers, partners, and stakeholders with reliable, technology-driven, and sustainable logistics solutions.
