In a heartfelt tribute to the tireless service and dedication of India’s armed forces, Habuild, India’s fast-growing habit and wellness platform, conducted a special two-day wellness initiative focused on mental well-being and stress relief for defence personnel and their families.

The first day of the session was held at Rashtrapati Bhavan, followed by a community engagement at Sanjay Vihar, a residential area for armed forces personnel. The initiative aimed to offer a pause, a breath, and a moment of calm to those who protect the nation round the clock.

Habuild’s signature blend of mindful movement, breathwork, and community bonding formed the core of the sessions, fostering emotional resilience and encouraging a deeper culture of self-care and inner strength among the defence forces.

Speaking on the occasion, Saurabh Bothra, Co-founder of Habuild, said: “This initiative is our humble tribute to the brave men and women who serve our country selflessly. At Habuild, we believe that true strength comes not just from the body but also from the mind. Through these sessions, we hope to help our soldiers and their families find moments of calm, clarity, and connection—essentials in today’s high-pressure world.”

The two-day program was infused with the spirit of seva and sammaan, echoing Habuild’s mission to make wellness and healthy habits an inclusive movement accessible to all, especially those who give us the gift of safety every day.
