Global Consulting Firm Adopted Collaboration Solution with Avaya Midmarket Solution

Avaya announced that Parkar Consulting and Labs, professional engineering consulting services company, has adopted Avaya Midmarket Solutions for Team Engagement. The new, single source solutions have improved communication and collaboration while helping Parkar achieve more than $12,000 in savings since deployment.

Avaya channel partner, ISK, provided Parkar with Avaya Midmarket Solutions for Team Engagement, including Avaya IP Office, video conferencing and networking, thus transforming the company into a more tech-savvy workplace. With the Avaya solutions deployed throughout their offices, Parkar easily communicates with customers, consultants and employees around the globe at any time and from any place, including those who are out of the office in consulting and planning sessions. The company estimates that the new Avaya solutions have saved them more than $12,000 since being deployed – money that can go back into growing the business.

Headquartered in Chicago, Parkar is a growing company with more than 150 employees in offices spread across seven locations including India, the San Francisco Bay Area and Warsaw.
