Encubay, a global business network on a mission to further growth for businesses to new geographies, has announced USA Delegation 2025, to be held in New York City from September 22 to 26, 2025.
The initiative will bring together founders, investors, and ecosystem leaders, with applications now open via https://www.encubay.global/usa
The delegation will include curated gatherings with investors and ecosystem peers, and will culminate in participation at the Clinton Global Initiative (CGI) Annual Meeting. Encubay is the first Indian business network to be an official partner of the prestigious Clinton Global Initative, offering delegates access to one of the most influential global convenings on innovation and social impact.
Along with access to this premium gathering, Encubay aims to unite the business ecosystem over a series of high-impact events to promote cross border partnerships. The New York agenda will feature discussions with senior leaders from global investment and impact firms including:
- Phuthi Mahanyele-Dabengwa, Executive Director, Naspers Limited
- Prajna Khanna, Chief Sustainability Officer and Vice President, Prosus Group
- Seema Hingorani, Managing Director, Investment Management, Morgan Stanley
These leaders will engage with delegates on global investing, sustainability, and capital flows.
Earlier this year, Encubay in association with Prosus, the world’s largest tech and consumer fund launched the Tech FoundHER Challenge offering 100,000 USD in equity free grants to the top 3 winners. The top 3 winners will also get the opportunity to travel to New York and attend this prestigious agenda.

Encubay will select delegates through applications received athttps://www.encubay.global/ The 2025 delegation will focus on startups and enterprises working in AI, healthtech, fintech, and sustainability, alongside funds and ecosystem leaders exploring global pathways.
“This is our first and exclusive partnership with the Clinton Global Initiative. For Indian founders, it is an opportunity to connect with global capital pools, understand new markets, and shape India’s entrepreneurial presence internationally,” said Deeksha Ahuja, Founder, Encubay
Encubay’s previous delegations to Davos, Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Singapore, have facilitated introductions resulting in outcomes like:
- Follow-on funding for early-stage startups
- Market-entry partnerships and pilots
- Partnerships between Indian founders and global accelerators, enabling access to mentoring and soft-landing programs abroad.
One example is a healthtech startup from Encubay’s Dubai delegation that went on to secure a seed extension from a GCC-based angel investor after initial introductions made during the trip. Another climate-tech founder, after joining Encubay’s Davos delegation during World economic forum, entered into a pilot partnership with the government of india’s senior ministers office whom she met during the trip.
These outcomes reflect Encubay’s role in building bridges that go beyond events and lead to growth across borders.
“With the work we do at Encubay, we inspire and mobilise pathways for founders to build global and borderless businesses. Delegates can be founders, enterprises, funds, or individuals looking to explore work and expansion across different geographies like Dubai, Singapore, and now New York,” said Avneet Kohli, Co-Founder, Encubay
Participants are expected to walk away with:
- A deeper understanding of the U.S. market and business environment.
- Meaningful partnerships and allies across investor and founder ecosystems.
- Exposure to global leadership conversations at CGI and Encubay’s New York events
