CorporatEdge, a leading provider of ‘Offitel’, a workspace model that blends five-star hospitality with premium office solutions, has expanded its global footprint with a new centre at Emaar Square in Downtown Dubai. This strategic move underscores CorporatEdge’s commitment to operating exclusively from Grade A central business districts and reinforces its vision of delivering consistent, high-quality workspaces in key international markets.

The space is designed for multinational corporations, and UAE-based enterprises, especially Mainland-registered companies seeking reliable, full-service office infrastructure. It also ensures operational consistency for global teams working across borders.
The ‘Offitel’ Concept Comes to the UAE
The ‘Offitel’, a combination of Offices and Hotels, is CorporatEdge’s signature workspace experience. Built around hospitality, efficiency, and high-touch service, it is designed to make professionals feel both productive and secure. The concept combines refined, high-end interiors with streamlined business functionality, redefining the benchmark for flexible workspaces in the region.
Scheduled for an official launch in October 2025, the Dubai centre will offer serviced offices, managed workspaces, and enterprise-grade solutions. It will also accommodate co-working zones, event spaces, and scalable workspace plans to support businesses at various stages of growth while having access to virtual offices, day passes, and meeting spaces.
In Phase 2, CorporatEdge will introduce a comprehensive suite of allied services tailored for the UAE market. These include support for mainland, Freezone, and offshore company formation, visa facilitation, concierge assistance, and bank account opening. Additional offerings will include lease negotiation, workspace fit-out and construction, compliance advisory, entity management, and workspace customisation for enterprise clients.
Strategic Collaboration through Empyrean Edge
CorporatEdge has entered into a joint venture with Brymont to launch Empyrean Edge, a premium workspace brand dedicated to delivering high-end, fully serviced office spaces across the Middle East and Africa. This collaboration will bring bespoke workspace solutions to markets such as Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Oman, Bahrain, Saudi Arabia, and beyond, combining CorporatEdge’s expertise in hospitality-led ‘Offitel’ workspaces with Brymont’s strong regional presence and market insights.
The Dubai centre at Emaar Square marks the first milestone in this collaboration, establishing a strong foothold for further expansions under the Empyrean Edge banner.
Speaking about the UAE Centre, Monaah M Shuklla, Founder and CEO, CorporatEdge, said, “Bringing CorporatEdge to Dubai is a deeply personal milestone. Having lived in this dynamic city for seven years, I’ve experienced first-hand the energy of its thriving expat community, the richness of its mixed cultures, and its forward-thinking approach to business. With our signature Offitel experience where premium workspace meets heartfelt hospitality, we’re not just setting up offices; we’re creating spaces that understand and elevate the way global professionals work and connect. Dubai deserves nothing less.”
Further stating, Aashish S Shukla, Managing Director, CorporatEdge, said, “Expanding CorporatEdge to Dubai is not just about entering a new geography, it’s about taking our vision of premium, hospitality-led workspaces global. Dubai’s dynamic business environment aligns perfectly with our Offitel philosophy, and this move marks a pivotal step in making CorporatEdge a preferred workspace partner for global businesses.”
The expansion was facilitated by Ben Johnson and the team at JLL, who supported the transaction for the Emaar Square location. It also marks the beginning of CorporatEdge’s association with Mr. Abdullah Alajaji of Driven Properties, as the company begins building long-term partnerships in the region.
“CorporatEdge’s Offitel concept speaks to Dubai’s appetite for hospitality infused, high performance workspaces,” said Abdullah Alajaji, Founder & CEO of Driven Properties. “Opening their first GCC centre in Emaar Square Building 3 puts them right in the heart of Downtown Dubai, an address that needs no introduction. We brought the tower into our portfolio last November with a landmark AED 505 million acquisition, and its generous floor plates let businesses scale up while staying rooted to the same coveted address.” he added.
"It was a pleasure to work with the CorporatEdge team on their entry into the Dubai market. Their clear vision for delivering premium, hospitality-driven office spaces aligns well with the evolving expectations of global occupiers in the region. This new centre is a testament to their commitment to excellence, and we’re proud to have played a role in facilitating this milestone"
added, Ben Johnston, Director – Office Leasing, JLL Dubai.
With its entry into Dubai, CorporatEdge is establishing a strong foundation for its global growth journey, positioning itself at the heart of one of the world’s most dynamic business hubs. The new centre strengthens CorporatEdge’s ability to support multinational clients and emerging enterprises seeking premium, scalable, and hospitality-led workspaces in the UAE, while serving as a launchpad for future international initiatives.
