  1. A common cliché in the Real Estate industry is as followsIf I find the home on my own, then I don”t have to pay the Realtor”s fee and I will get a better deal. I have been on Allan Minter”s team for about 7 years now and really do understand that this statement is false for many reasons. First, the buyer does not pay Realtor fees at all; the seller does. If a buyer goes in to a transaction unrepresented, then the listing agent controls the deal. A buyer NEEDS someone like Allan to protect their interests; particularly in a new construction scenario. Buyers want to save money, however, they certainly want to be protected by an expert as well.
