Sharing is caring!

Kerala‘s largest private sector lender Federal Bank, which has contributed Rs 4 crore to the chief minister distress relief fund to rebuild the deluge- ravaged state in general, is working on rebuilding Aluva, one of the most impacted areas.

As the next phase of the activity, the bank is planning to make a contribution towards the sustainable development of the state.

“A master plan for rebuilding and developing Aluva is being chalked out. The activities in Aluva will start with restoration of the pre-flood status in Aluva and then work towards sustainable infrastructure development including better disaster control systems. The project is in its nascent stage and will be rolled out in phases,” the bank said.
