Saraf And Partners Leads Adani Power NCD Issuance Under SEBI Rules

Saraf and Partners acted as the sole legal counsel for the issuance of secured, rated, listed, redeemable, non-convertible debentures (NCDs), aggregating to INR 7,500 crores, by Adani Power Limited.

This transaction marks the largest-ever debt issuance by an Adani Group company in the domestic debt market and represents Adani Power Limited’s first issuance under SEBI’s new regulatory framework governing private placements of non-convertible securities.

The transaction team was led by Aroop Das (Partner) and comprised Anupam Pandey, Ashwini Chavan, Aastha Dubey, and Simran Bherwani (Associates).

The transaction team was guided and supervised by Abir Lal Dey (Partner).
