Axis Bank, one of the largest private sector banks in India, announced the winners of the first edition of its flagship campus engagement program, Moves 2025. Designed to identify and nurture India’s brightest young minds, the competition witnessed enthusiastic participation from more than 21,000 students across 50 premier MBA and engineering institutes, such as IIMs, IITs, Indian School of Business, XLRI, and Faculty of Management Studies.
Themed around finding the “next big strategic bet for Axis Bank” the program encouraged students to present bold, future-ready solutions across areas such as technology, artificial intelligence, sustainability, rural banking, and marketing. Conducted through multiple stages, including assessments, campus-level rounds, semi-finals, mentorship sessions, and the grand finale, the contest tested creativity, structured thinking, and leadership potential. By offering rewards, career opportunities, and mentorship from senior leaders, Axis Bank has established Moves 2025 as a unique bridge between academia and industry - one that equips students with real-world exposure and industry-relevant skills.

The grand finale brought together the top 10 finalist teams, who presented their ideas directly to a distinguished jury comprising senior leaders of Axis Bank - Munish Sharda, Executive Director; Neeraj Gambhir, Group Executive & Head - Treasury, Markets & Wholesale Banking Products; Bipin Saraf, Group Executive & Head - Bharat Banking; Rajkamal Vempati, Group Executive & Head - Human Resources; Sameer Shetty, Group Executive - Digital Business Transformation & Strategic Programs; Vijay Mulbagal, Group Executive & Head - Wholesale Banking Coverage Group & Sustainability; Prashant Joshi, Group Executive & Chief Credit Officer; and Pranav Haridasan, MD & CEO, Axis Securities.
